we are in the process of potty training Zettie. last week she was in the play room and Lynn and i were trying to get dinner made. we went in the toy room to see what the kid's were doing and smelt poop. at first we thought someone had farted then Zettie had a guilty look….yup, she pooped her undies. Lynn rushed her to the bathroom while i got diaper wipes. as i approached the bathroom, Vahn was choking on something. i drop the wipes and rush to him (he is in the doorway of the playroom). i put my hand under his mouth because he is about to puke. of course, here it comes……..what do ya know, it smells like poop too. Lynn left Cozette in the bathroom and came to grab Vahn. as she picked him up, she realized he had poop all over his hands. all of a sudden it hit me what he did. NASTY!!! my paint chip child found the chunk of poo that fell outta her pants and took a bite. if i didn't have backup, i prolly would have been puking right next to him. it was soooooo gross!! i told the story to James and he was joking about how Vahn will never live it down…..he ate his older sisters poo!! ooooo this child of mine!!

–yesterday dad came over for dinner cuz he was all alone for the evening. he and the kids were sitting on the couch, Chandlur right next to him. they were watching a baskerball game. out of the blue Chandlur points to him ” u have a penis.” just like that. my dad was speechless and I was laughing so hard I was crying. my dad “ahm…um….yea.”
–the kids and I were joking about coo coo banana birds who act like monkies. we were upstairs in their room playing. Chandlur turned off the light and left the room. I was sitting on the floor holding Zettie. he comes running back in and grabs my hair. I screamed and fell over. Zettie jumped up and ran from the room crying. it totally freaked her out. it was really funny!! I called her to come back and she was already downatairs. she really booked it outta there! ooo to be fly in this house.
–today Vahn is officially a little boy. he has a little matchbox car and is pusing it back and forth. he has done this before, no big deal. BUUUTT today he has accompanied it with car noises. it is the cutest thing. I think its extra cute cuz he is sooo tiny and it just seems unreal how old he is.

i officially have a boy! i was just on the computer and he comes running outta the bathroom 'mommy, mommy, dookie. come look, come look!!!' i wasn't sure what he was saying so he kept repeating 'dookie, come wook!!' i finally understood and walked into the bathroom. took a look in the toilet. yea, he should have been proud. hehe. it was quite a huge one. its is sooo funny. he is such a boy!

Chandlur loooves the Backyardigans. they have a cartoon about being a pirate which is our favorite and we sing the songs allll the time. a couple days ago, Kevin was getting out of the shower and Chandlur runs into the bathroom with this little nerf gun thing…' aarrr, it's a raid!! '. it was sooo funny!! he did it out of the blue which makes it even funnier

this still makes me laugh!! on tuesday the kids were outside playing and Cozette was potty training so she had on a dress with no undies. i was trying to get ready for bowling (Kevin was on his way home from work). Cozette comes running in and says she has to go potty. so we went to the bathroom and i noticed some poop on her foot so i just tought she had a little leak or something. she went potty, got cleaned up, and went back outside. Chandlur had on his ugly, god awful boots, and he came running in saying he was done outside. the smell of poop kept wafting by me. i checked his shoes and sure enough!! covered in poo! then after he took his boots off, he had some poop on his foot. here comes Kevin walking thru the door. by this time my friend had already come over so we could go over there together. i told Kevin and made my way to the door! as we were walking out, i looked over and she had pooped in front of the neighbors door. weeelll, our neighbor just happens to be our manager as well! Donielle and i were laughing soooo hard! the next morning Kevin was walking up th walkway when Dave (the manager) was leaning over the smashed pile of poop looking perplexed. Kevin starting talking to him and said must have been a cat. of course Kevin's repsonse 'must have been'. later that evening there was a stray cat hanging around. that was the first time we had seen it. when Dave got off work, he was walking up the walkway and knealt down to pet the cat…..i'm sure he was saying ' u lil shithead. what were u thinking?? ' it was waaaayyy to funny!!!1

we had play group here today instead of McD's cuz Kevin went to school which left me no car. one of Chandlur's friends Grace came over. he smiled big and called her 'cheeseburger friend'. he only sees her much during playgroup. later on he was playing with baby Niles (her brother) and called him 'burger man' a few times. it was waaay too funny. we all got a good chuckle out of it.

Vahny Vahn has said his first word!! the other 2, thier first word was dada. wellllll my mommies boy made me proud…..mama mama and he was reaching for me while Kevin was holding him! he is such a sweet boy!
as i'm typing this Cozette is sitting next to me twirling her finger by ear and saying “you're cwazy”…..she is adorable! she says some of the cutest things. whenever Kevin takes a shower, she runs into the bathroom giggling and say “you're nakid, you're nakid” last night for dinner i asked if she wanted noodles or rice(in her feminine, sweet, quiet voice) “uuummmmm fench fies” “we don't have french fries. do u want rice or noodles?” “uuummmm fench fies”. we went thru that a few more times and after wiping my tears from laughter, i made an executive decision. it was waaaay to cute! sometimes i wish we had a camera rolling all the time:)

Cozette is sooo kind hearted and sweet! i was feeding Vahn and she was sitting at the table eating too. all of a sudden i hear her going thru the list of grandparents, aunts, and uncles……”unca cotty, gama pinky, papa..” i turned around and looked at her. she had her hands together like she does when she prays. i turned back around and continued to feed Vahn. she kept continuing going thru the list then “thank you, (heartily) aaameeen!” then she picked up her spoon and kept eating.
yesterday Chandlur was sitting on the toilet and she comes into the bathroom with a toy phone they keep fighting over. she hands it to him and walks away. then a few minutes later she comes back in, comes up to him “kisses”. he bends down and she stretches up and they give each other a kiss. she then left the bathroom again.
before that, i made them thier daily coffee(mostly milk with a splash of coffee…i wouldn't give them that much caffiene. do u think i'm crazy!?) i handed hers to her then she reaches up to get the other cup on the counter. she grabs it and runs it over to Chandlur without me asking to!
she is sooo incredibly sweet and kind hearted, many times i get teary eyed and the sweet things she does!!

last night Kevin and Chandlur went grocery shopping. they came in with lots of bags and i commented on “lots of crap”. our huge epiphany of the night—-we are being double taxed! all the food we eat DOES turn into crap. so that's all the grocery store is. then we pay for sewer also! so we have to pay to create it, then pay to get rid of it!! wow are we getting ripped off:) we were laughing pretty good about it all………..the conversation was pretty funny!

Vahny had his first taste of real food last night. i blended up some carrots. at first he ate them cuz i think he was hungry. then he slowed down and tasted what he was eating. he kept acting like he was choking but no funny faces. he didn't eat much of them before he was done. i think he was just tired cuz he had a bottle and went to bed early.
