Chandlur loooves the stairs. he crawls up them and says “check it out, mommy, check it out” then he jumps off. each time he keeps adding a little more like a step or position. it is way toooo cute! he is such a monkey!

ya know on the movie Elf when Papa Elf tells him not to eat the gum on the street. “it's not free candy”. weeellll…..Chandlur had to have that talk. we were leaving the mall after letting them play and he was chewing something. i asked him to open his mouth………….he was chewing gum and not the stuff we usually have……yeah abc gum……..grooooosssss!!!! it was funny cuz it didn't really even seem to phaze him:)

all of a sudden Cozette does the coocoo like on Shallow Hal. i don't think she has ever seen the movie and i haven't done that for a long time. it's too cute. she puts her hands over her eyes, takes her hands off and says coocoo………..i was busting up the first time!!

ok..so yesterday i go into Chandlur's room to check on him during naptime. sometimes it takes him a little while to fall asleep so i let him play quietly in his room until he does. i went in there and told him he needed to stay on his bed and i forgot to put a pull up on him. as i'm putting it on him, i tell him to “rest and play quietly” and he needs to stay on his bed. his response…….”god, dat so diculous” i was laughing sooooo hard! such a big word for a small guy! he has said “dat diculous” a few times today too.
oh and during his nap today……..he's such a booger! i go in to check on him. he had gotten into the closet where we have all our Christmas gifts, destroyed the box getting in and was playing with his drums we got him. i picked it all up and put the box away. he hasn't said anything since. hopefully he has forgotten about it little stinker!

….one of those priceless moments! i was just making lunch for the kiddos. Chandlur was in his chair waiting and he says “mommy pecial, mommy pecial”. u hear it from other people but comming from your child's mouth is sooooo much sweeter!

Chandlur was has crying in his room after he went to bed. i went in to check on him. he was having a tantrum in his sleep. he was saying “no, fine!” which is what he says when he’s mad. he kept whining and saying this then stopped after a few minutes. Kevin and i had a great laugh

on sunday kevin's parents stopped by and ended up taking cozette for a few
days. yesterday, chandlur was looking soo sad and kinda mopping around. he
kept looking like he was about to start crying. he kept calling “zetti”. i
asked if he was sad and he said yes then he said her name. it's sooo sweet
to see how much he misses her. we called his folks so he could talk to
zetti. it was too cute! having them all so close is tough to take care of
but i know they r gonna be really close growing up.

i picked up The Personality Tree to read the section on kids and parenting. it's funny how glaringly obvious Chandlur and Cozette's personalities already are:

we think Vahn may be melacholy like his mommy…..he seems to be deeply thinking lots of times…..we will have to wait and see
