another whirlwind event of our lives…….we were casually looking at houses to buy. we found on in Raleigh Hills that we loved when we stumbled upon it onlilne. we immediatley called the realator and saw it the next day……we loved it even more!! the first house we saw. we put in an offer last night and today it was accepted. it's a 1930 over 1800 sq ft 3 bed/1 bath house. it has an unfinished basement that is around 500 sq ft. the attic is finished and will become a master suite. the last few owners have restored different parts of it so it' in great shape and way cute! it even has fully restored hardwood floors with an original hutch built in in the dining room. we are both totally excited. now if only i can find a job……….
