WOW! what a weekend! on friday we had pictures taken of all three kids…..that was fun /chuckle. then we had some chores around the house and errands to run. Chandlur and Cozette went to grandma's to make cookies and ornaments then we picked them up and headed out to Carlton for the weekend. the kids got to open thier presents from Kevin's folks…..these kids are spoiled and need thier own playroom! on saturday night thier church had a Christmas play we went to. Vahn was baby Jesus. he was soooo good. he was in the spotlight for about an hour and hardly fussed! after the play Kevin took one of thier cars and left cuz he had to work Sunday. the next morning we went to church and Vahn got to be baby Jesus again. again he was wonderful and everyone was sooo amazed. after church we headed out to Salem for a family party. halfway there it started freezing rain. thankfully Mike was driving! we turned around and came back, but not before stopping at the store to get a few things to prepare for bad weather. about an hour after we got back, it started snowing. Chandlur looooved it! he kept saying “noboard, noboard”. he kept trying to make snowballs and ended up just throwing handfulls of snow. he even got a few rides down the hill with Papa in a makeshift sled. we ended up staying an extra night cuz i didn't feel comfortable driving home. it was nice to hang out Monday and have help with the kids. his folks are soooo wonderful. we didn't pay for anyting and ended up with a tank of gas, diapers, a turkey, lots of candy, and many new toys. they spoil us!! now today it's all about catching up after being gone for a few days.
